- 27 km Technical Mountain Bike
- No helmet no ride
- Route requires intermediate level of skill
- Route includes technical single track & jeep track.
- Route includes technical climbs & descents
- 1 aid station on the route
- 12 km Trail Run
- Single loop route
- Combination of jeep track & single track
- 5 aid stations on the route
- Individual, Team of 2 or Team of 3 entry options
- All athletes required to be minimum 18 years old on race day
WW Cross-Triathlon Lite
- 400 m Swim
- 1 lap in Groenrug dam
- 12 km Jeep Track Mountain Bike
- No helmet no ride
- Route requires novice level of skill
- Route includes only jeep track with some climbing
- 1 aid station on the route
- 5 km Off-Road Run
- Single loop route
- Only jeep track & farm roads
- 3 aid stations on the route
- Athletes required to be minimum 16 years old on race day
- Individual, Team of 2 or Team of 3 entry options
