Swim 750m: At V&A Waterfront from Oceana Powerboat Club, swim 750m of the clear, protected Atlantic Ocean
Cycle 2 x 10km : From transition at The Grand Beach Africa, ride along Beach Road and enjoy Cape Town at her finest
Run 5km : Run V&A Waterfront Boardwalk, Urban Park and finish with your victory lap in Green Point Athletics Stadium
