The Cape Town International Airport is approximately 20 Km from the Cape Town City Centre and approximately 30 Km from the Killarney Race Track. Hotels will offer shuttle services and Uber is also readily available in all these areas. There is a MyCiti Bus network from the Airport to the City and all the areas surrounding the race venue and you can take your bicycle on the bus for free.

Please exercise caution when planning on riding or staying in the areas surrounding the race track. These are all very busy roads and go through some unsafe areas. You can cycle along Koeberg Road (from the Milnerton side) and Blaauwberg Road (from Blouberg / Table View side) but these roads are very busy.
Avoid Du Noon and Parklands and do NOT approach the Track through these areas.
